Bayer MaterialScience Acquires Aniline Facility

Latest investment fully integrates Baytown, TX facility along the MDI value chain

Bayer MaterialScience LLC has acquired DuPont’s Baytown, TX, aniline production facility. With the acquisition, Bayer assumes responsibility for the facility’s direct operating personnel.
